Jaipur: Following the release of the 10th board examination results by the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education, Education Minister Madan Dilawar made several key announcements aimed at improving the education system and uplifting teachers. The most significant of these is the promotion of over 21,000 third-grade teachers in the state.

Promotions to Uplift Morale and Improve Quality

The Education Minister emphasized that promotions would not only boost the morale of long-serving teachers but also enhance the quality of education. Many teachers resist transfers due to concerns about losing seniority. The government is now working on a transparent system that ensures promotions and transfers are handled smoothly and fairly.

65,000 Teacher Vacancies to Be Filled

Madan Dilawar also announced that nearly 65,000 vacant teaching positions will be filled through RPSC (Rajasthan Public Service Commission). He highlighted the recent successful conduct of the REET examination, indicating the government's commitment to strengthening the education workforce and ensuring that every school has qualified educators.
