According to the Regional Meteorological Centre, Delhi will see light to moderate rain accompanied by thunderstorm/lightning for the next two days. After that, very light to light rainfall is expected.

Humidity Levels Remain 'Dangerously High'

Weather tracking service AccuWeather has described the humidity in Delhi as "dangerously high", currently at 92%, making the weather feel like 39°C despite the cloud cover. The heat index, combined with high moisture levels, is contributing to oppressive conditions, particularly in the morning hours.

The Monsoon trough continues to remain active over northern India, leading to massive large-scale rainfall events. A Western Disturbance (WD) dipping over the region is expected to amplify the weather system.
